The System of Quality Assurance                                                     

To preserve the competitiveness of our products we have introduced a quality assurance system according to ISO 9002:1994 certified by Det Norske Veritas Hungary Ltd. in 1997.

After the new system of the ISO 9001:2000 standard was set up our company have had its' quality assurance system certified according to this.

The introduction of the quality assurance system paves the way for satisfying the continuously growing quality expectations of developed markets.

Csepel Metall Iron Foundry Ltd. considers it as a decisive factor to reach qulity expectations of its' customers. First and above all we consider it important to maximally and economically comply with our customers' needs and the respective standard requirements to win and keep confidence and satisfaction in business relations.

The Quality Assurance System is run by qualified engineers of commitment. Competency of personnel is ensured by the leadership of the company through regular training and education.

All technical and technological conditions are guaranteed for to control quality correspondence. A majority of all inspections is carried out in our own laboratories:

• Chemical analysis (ARL spectrometer)
• Tensile strength, elongation, yield point, hardness,
• Material structure and graphite analysis

In case you need we can carry out following special enquiries:

• Megnetic crack detection
• Ultrasonic testing
• Radiographic inspection
• Impact test etc.

By request these inspections can also be done at AGMI Holding (AGMI Material Testing and Quality Control Co. Ltd.), the biggest independent material inspection laboratory in Hungary with its' location also within Csepel Industry Park.
