3. Mould making and mould assembly

Casting moulds are made with rasin sand mixture solidificating at room temperature, in the widest possible selection of core boxes. Moulding is supported with continuous mixers and charging machines. On this picture you can also see the chills used for regulating directional solidification.

Small lots and individual production requires moulding and mould assembly as process of big experience and demanding work, where our skilled workers play an important role.

We broadly apply the 'core box without' technology - the so called core forming technology - which is used for adequate and flexible programmed production of castings in the 1-50kg range. To ensure permanent production we have a production line of own development.
