1. Preparation of production

Tooling planned by our technologists (patterns and core boxes) is made by a reliable circle of subcontractors with whom we have been working together since many years.

To support the planning process of complex castings we make use of the performance of 3D design programs.

As a characteristic of individual production new constructions are made within the framework of an approval process (pilot-lot). Computer solidification simulation makes for a fast performance of pilot-lots without scraps, which we use at complex castings to plan the running and feeding system.
