4. Melting technology

For the production of cast iron in different material quality we have 3 8 To induction furnaces. Charge control and fine adjustment of metal composition is supported by a spectrometer, which is connected with the foundry furnace via a pneumatic tube. Cast iron materials of increased or high tensile strength we make by using state of the art methods of pot metallurgy. Special material qualities on customer request can also be achieved.
 
Types of material quality:
 
A part of our castings is poured from traditional grey iron in the range of 200 ... 350N/mm tensile strength. A majority of the castings we make of tough or high solidity spheroidal graphite iron in the range of 400 ... 700 N/mm tensile strength.
